Warranty

How do I register my Velgrina product warranty?
Visit velgrina.com/dashboard and sign in or create a free account. Click "Product Registration" and enter your product name, purchase date, and Amazon order ID. Once registered, your warranty is activated and you receive extended coverage beyond the standard Amazon return window.
What does the Velgrina warranty cover?
Velgrina products include a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage varies by product: 12 months for beech wood boards, 24 months for stainless steel and colander products, 36 months for telescopic strainer trays, and 60 months for Precision HPL Cutting Boards. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper cleaning, or damage from commercial use.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email hello@velgrina.com with your order ID, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. Our team responds within 1 business day Monday through Friday. If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement through Amazon or direct shipment at no charge to you.
What is the warranty period for each Velgrina product?
Beech Wood Board: 12 months. Standard stainless steel products (colanders, strainers, drain covers, glass rinsers, drying racks): 24 months. Telescopic Strainer Tray: 36 months. Precision HPL Cutting Board: 60 months. All warranties cover manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Where are Velgrina products sold?
All Velgrina products are sold exclusively through Amazon.com. We do not have a direct e-commerce store at this time. Search "Velgrina" on Amazon or click the "Buying Options" button on any product page on velgrina.com to go directly to the Amazon listing. All orders ship with free Prime shipping to the continental United States.
My Amazon order arrived damaged. What should I do?
For items damaged in transit, the fastest resolution is to contact Amazon directly through your order history and request a replacement or refund — Amazon handles all shipping damage claims. If the product itself has a manufacturing defect (not shipping damage), contact us at hello@velgrina.com and we will assist under the warranty policy.
Can I return my Velgrina product?
Returns follow Amazon's standard return policy. Most Velgrina products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Initiate the return through your Amazon account under "Your Orders." If your return window has closed but you have a manufacturing defect, contact us directly at hello@velgrina.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Velgrina products are currently sold through Amazon USA and ship within the continental United States. We do not currently ship internationally through our own channels. Check Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.de, or your local Amazon marketplace to see if Velgrina products are available in your country.

Product Care & Installation

Are Velgrina stainless steel products dishwasher safe?
Yes. Our stainless steel products — including the Over-the-Sink Colanders, Roll-Up Drying Rack, Telescopic Strainer Tray, Drain Covers, and Stainless Steel Strainer — are dishwasher safe. Place on the top rack. Avoid aggressive dishwasher detergents that contain bleach, as these can dull the finish over time. Hand washing with mild soap and warm water is recommended for best longevity.
How do I care for my Velgrina wood cutting board?
Hand wash with mild soap and warm water immediately after use — do not soak in water and do not put in the dishwasher. Dry thoroughly with a towel and allow to air dry standing upright. Oil with food-grade mineral oil every 1–3 months, or whenever the wood looks dry. Apply a thin layer, let it soak in for 20 minutes, then wipe off the excess. This prevents cracking and extends the board's life significantly.
How do I clean my Velgrina colander or strainer?
Rinse immediately after use under warm running water. For deeper cleaning, wash with mild dish soap and a soft brush or sponge. The colander is dishwasher safe (top rack). Avoid abrasive scrubbers or steel wool, which can scratch the surface. For hard water deposits, wipe with a cloth dampened with white vinegar, then rinse thoroughly.
Is the Velgrina glass rinser difficult to install?
Installation replaces your existing sink drain and requires no drilling or countertop modifications. You will need to remove the existing drain basket and siphon. The glass rinser drops in and connects to your standard P-trap (3.5-inch drain opening). Most installations take 15–30 minutes with basic tools. What sink sizes do the Velgrina colanders fit?
The Over-the-Sink Colander adjusts from approximately 13.5 inches to 21.25 inches (340mm to 540mm) to fit most standard US kitchen sinks. The Telescopic Strainer Tray extends from 14 inches to 21 inches. To confirm fit, measure the interior width of your sink at the top edge before purchasing. If your sink is outside this range, contact us and we will advise on compatibility.
Can I request a replacement part for my Velgrina product?
Yes. If a component of your product is damaged or missing, contact hello@velgrina.com with your order number, product name, and a description or photo of the part needed. We will do our best to fulfill replacement part requests for registered products within warranty. Out-of-warranty replacement parts may be available at cost — contact us to inquire.
